RegTech Series 2021: The ESG Corporate Reporting Data Lifecycle (Part 3)

  • October 21, 2021
  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Virtual

Overview

The increased focus on environmental, social, and corporate governance for financial services, and many emerging verticals, around the world has been met by mixed understandings and perspectives about what ESG is, what it means, and how it can apply to improve services and investment quality. During this 1-hour virtual event, participants will hear more about the basics of the ESG Ecosystem including its current state, emerging best practices, and target state.

Together, the Data Coalition and DFIN  shared the findings of the EDM Council’s ESG Working Group, in partnership with EDM Council, on October 21, at 2:00PM. The report is one section of a larger body of work that contains the results of a nine-month study to investigate, review, and document ESG data challenges through a collaborative, cross-industry approach with data professionals, corporate sustainability reporting professionals, ESG subject matter experts, and other business leaders.
